Hello Gonzales Community! As parents and educators, you've probably experienced the personal dilemma of both the good and bad of online access - from collaborative learning projects to social isolation and cyber bullying. Digital Citizenship is included in most district Educational Technology and LCAP plans for that reason, and here at Monterey Bay CUE, we want to help you.
That's why on Saturday, September 21st, we are hosting the Monterey County Digital Citizenship ("DigCit") Summit. For ONE day, parents, educators, and students will be converging at North Salinas High School to engage in sessions about digital drama, family life in a digital world, using tech tools to create innovative lessons, and more.
We invite families, students, teachers, and staff to this conference and help become better acquainted with the digital playground we all now inhabit. Attached, you will find Spanish/English infographics. The schedule and all other information can be found on our website: www.mbcue.com
